Paying your invoice & flexible payment plans

Payment methods accepted are, credit card, bank transfer, cash and Paypal.
Credit card payments may incur a 2.2% surcharge from Square.
A deposit of 50% is required 14 days before booking date to secure your booking.
Remainder due within 3 days of booking date. Overdue accounts subject to a service charge of 10% per fortnight.*
*Exceptions apply to last minute bookings or event walk-ins - these will be advised at time of booking or in event details
We will make all reasonable attempts to contact you to resolve the balance if it has not been received and we have not heard from you within 72hours of the booking, non-communication and non-payment may result in cancellation and a non-refund/re-booking of your deposit.
If your event happens to run longer that the purchased time additional time may be purchased on the night (if available) at our standard hourly rate (see our pricing guide) payment for on the night bookings are to be paid upfront unless otherwise arranged.
Vouchers will not be refunded however standard reschedule policy applies
Cancellations made less than 24hrs or no-shows will not be refunded.
Cancellations made more than 24hrs in advance will be refunded less booking fee
Shoots can be rescheduled if due notice is given (more than 48hrs)
In extenuating circumstances exceptions apply at our discretion.
We understand sometimes funds get tough and unexpected things come up so are more than happy to accommodate payment plans, *if arranged at time of booking no late fees will apply to plans.
We generally suggest breaking the total amount into quarters to be paid fortnightly however we can discuss a more flexible plan tailored to you based on your budget and desired package, don't hesitate to contact us to discuss how we can help you today.
