Terms & Conditions

The client agrees that in all circumstances the photographers liability is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost and shal not be liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond its control such us acts of nature, fire or flood, accidents, faulty materials, equipment malfunction or civil disturbances that may cause the session to terminate early, delay, lose images entirely or cause loss, damage or injury to the venue, client or their belongings. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made to provide service, reschedule, or find a suitable replacement service. If this is not possible, the client will receive a refund of payments received for the booking or credit toward a new booking of the same value.


All wedding and portraiture sitting prices include 2 consultations; 1 prior to the shoot date to plan a detailed itinerary of your sitting to ensure we capture everything you want from your day and aid with any styling, set design or affiliate services that may need to be booked and 1 following the photo session to review your proofs, choose printed products and be involved in the editing process to ensure you’re 100% happy with your images.

We encourage all clients to take full advantage of these sessions help us to ensure your shoot goes as smoothly as possible and you’re happy with your final images.

If you miss a scheduled consultation, please contact us within 48 hours. Otherwise you may be billed for a re-booking of your consultation.

Additional consultations are available and will be charged at $100 each, payable at the time of consultation.


Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 48hrs in advance or no-shows.

We request you contact us as soon as possible if you have to change your booking date or cancel for whatever reason.

If contact is made at least 48hrs prior to cancellation your booking may be moved and credited to another available date.

Any less than this you may risk forfeiting any money paid toward your chosen package

If you fail to attend a booked shoot or consultation with no contact, you will forfeit your deposit, any payments made or the value of your voucher in its entirety.

Reasonable circumstances will be taken into consideration and re-bookings/rain checks will be made at our discretion if contact is made as soon as possible.

If we have to cancel your booking for any reason, a full refund will be given or we will happily make any arrangements to re-book or arrange an alternative service for you.


All photography and photo booth packages require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your desired date; this booking fee is non-refundable but will be credited towards the full amount of your package or product purchase.

A request form is available on our website HERE for us to provide you with an accurate quote, this helps us get an insight on how we can be an asset to your event and ensure your desired booking date is available, submitting this form is a request for quote and not considered as a booking.

We will follow up all email enquiries within 24hrs, if you do not hear from us by then please email us directly or re-submit the form.

Your booking will not be confirmed until deposit is received and you have received confirmation of this


Full payment is due for photo booth and photography sessions up to 72hrs prior to your booking unless previously arranged, we are happy to accommodate for any circumstances and arrange payment options in instalments if this is an issue.

We will make all reasonable attempts to contact you to resolve the balance if it has not been received and we have not heard from you within 72hours of the booking however non-communication and non-payment may result in cancellation and a non-refund/re-booking of your deposit.

If your event happens to run longer that the purchased time additional time may be purchased on the night (if available) at our standard hourly rate (see our pricing guide) payment for on the night bookings are to be paid upfront unless otherwise arranged.

Client Obligations

Our specifications are listed on our website and are supplied to you upon booking so that you may insure there is enough space, accessibility and a safe environment for the booth.

By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to:

Ensure your guests or patrons do not damage, any damage to equipment during the client’s event caused by the client, client’s guests or any other person in attendance at the event whether invited or not, will result in the cost to repair/replace the equipment will be payable by the Client.

Have inspected or made arrangements with your chosen venue that it will be accessible to us 1 hour before your event is to start and that it is accessible by our vehicles and equipment (mainly only a trolley is used load the booth)

The client may be held responsible for paying any charges imposed by the venue, or required to access the venue. These charges may include, but are not limited to, parking and electricity where applicable ​

In order to prevent damage to equipment; we reserves the right to deny service to any person excessively intoxicated or posing a physical threat to our equipment or staff.

In the event of any physical threat being presented to equipment or staff by a patron, we reserve the right to cease providing services until a threat is removed or if this is not possible we may end the session altogether with no refund.

Attendants are to be provided with a supplier meal at all functions of 4 hours or more to the same standard as the guests of the function and bathroom breaks when required, these may or may not temporarily cease photo sessions at the attendants discretion in accordance with our safety policies


Gift vouchers are available to purchase on all packages and products we offer.

Voucher credit may not be used towards the following services:

Commercial photography packages

Affiliate services (such as hair and makeup)

Additional consultations (see consultation policy)

Only one voucher may be used per person, per booking.

Voucher must be presented at your consultation to avoid invoicing, please advise us at time of booking that you have a voucher.

If the value of your voucher is greater than the price of your desired package any remaining credit can be used towards prints or products of your choice.

Please refer to your voucher for expiry date (standard 12 months). An expiry date may be extended at our discretion. Any extension of expiry date will incur a $50 booking fee to secure your shoot date.

Media Release

All participants must sign a model release form before your shoot begins, this will be emailed with a booking confirmation for electronic signature. Unless arranged prior this will be done on the day of the shoot.

By booking a shoot with me, you acknowledge, on behalf of all participants that you have read and understand the the terms of this document that i retain the copyright to all images created through the photo booth and in portrait sittings and give permission to the publication and/or reproduction of the photos taken of me by Say I Do Weddings/Say Cheese Photobooths or Creation est Destruction Photography, including use of images in competitions, advertising campaigns, on social media and printed work.

If you do not agree to public use, please ensure you discuss this with us at your consultation and we will respect your privacy wishes in how we publish photos from the session.

I agree that the studio owns the copyright to all photographs taken during the specified sitting and agree not to print, copy, cause to be copied or allow anyone else to copy, photocopy, laser copy or computer scan these images, to publish them to a website or send by email unless consent is given by the photographer and image is watermarked and credited to the photographer under the correct moniker for the sitting. To do so is a breach of this agreement and copyright.

Digital files will be emailed or posted to the client, watermarked and with the agreement that they will not be edited, cropped, reproduced or copied by the client or anyone other than the photographer, all digital files remain the property of the studio and will be held for a minimum of five years for print orders, backups or additional files these can be provided upon request and at a cost to the client, all prints, backups and additional files will remain property of the studio until full payment has been made within specified time.

I acknowledge that editing and retouching may apply to any of the photos taken in this sitting, by signing this I agree to having my image altered or retouched to a reasonable level or for artistic purposes, un-edited or further edited/retouched photos can be ordered upon request and at cost to the client as a reimbursement of time and/or postage.
